Do you ever question the world around you?

One thing that upsets me about the way our society is laid out is the fact that nobody seems to question why things are the way that they are. Why are certain people in power in each country? Why are certain laws put in place — are they really to our benefit or are some laws (or all) put in place just to control (not help) the greater population? To benefit the mere small number of billionaires, millionaires, or people of power that are in hiding – as in the ones you never hear about (ex. President and CEO of Procter & Gamble — David S. Taylor).

Do you ever question why certain Ads keep popping up on your screens? Why if you ever google about politics you will get a completely different result if you were in California over South Carolina? The questions you put in google search will spit out different answers depending on your location. Depending on your search history. Depending on your age. Everything. Do you ever
wonder if that small number of people “in power/in charge” are secretly and slowly brainwashing us by feeding us different information than people in other areas? Or is it not in secret, because most of us never even stop to question what we read or hear from news, online, or paper sources.

Where you live, what you watch, listen to, or read shapes how you think, what you think, how you live, what your values are, beliefs, what’s wrong or right, who should be president, opinions on laws, what you buy…
